Inspired by my training with Jill Satterfield in Vajra Yoga, my personal practice of yoga through two pregnancies and almost 20-years of experience, I designed Matrika Prenatal Yoga and Exercise to offer expectant women, their partners and infants mindfulness-based approaches to physical fitness, childbirth preparation, labor and birth and postpartum recovery.
